The fear of missing out can be the cause of social anxiety.



  • start with sadness

  • social media makes it worse not better

  • Happiness is about attention. Focus on the good to feel good

  • Gratitude is essential

 

Self-Loving Moment:

  1. Sit down comfortably and look around and appreciate things you have and yourself too.

  2. Take a deep breath in and out. Let go of everything that has no benefit or meaning to you.

  3. Reflect on your thoughts, let them go. You deserve to be present.
